Michelle & Jen will share their personal experiences throughout the program, opening up about their struggles and successes of their own recovery journeys. Furthermore, they are available for personal 1:1 coaching throughout the course for any guidance or support you may require as you work through the program.

When does the program start?
As soon as you make the purchase you will have access to the content and can start working on the recovery program. It is suggested to work through at a pace that will take approx. 6 weeks however you have lifetime access to the material so you can work through at your own convenience anywhere, anytime and can come back to the course whenever you need to.

Is this program for anyone and everyone?
This course is designed for those who are ready to take that step forward on their journey to recovery. This is a program that is centered around learning to focus solely on healing your relationship with yourselves, food, exercise and your body. The course is for you if: you have a history of disordered eating or an eating disorder, you have a negative relationship with food and exercise, you find yourself trapped in diet culture, obsessing over your body image and want to learn how to embrace all of you for who you are.

What if I do not feel ready?
Quite often we never truly feel ready. Sometimes we have to face the fear head on and take that leap of faith. However, if you start the course and feel you do not want to commit, you have the content for a lifetime so you can come back to it when you feel a little more confident in committing to recovery. You also have the option to reach out for 1:1 support and guidance from Michelle or Jen or the option to contact the leading Eating Disorders Organisations in Australia such as The Inside Out Institute, EndED, The Butterfly Foundation or The NEDC.

What happens after I sign up?
You will receive an email welcoming you to the course and from their you can begin this amazing journey to recovery.

Do I need to consult a healthcare practitioner before enrolling?
If you have a diagnosed eating disorder or you think you may be suffering from an eating disorder, it is important that you talk to your GP as there are many physical complications that can arise from purging, losing weight very quickly or being at an unhealthy low weight. Please seek professional support and speak with your treatment team about whether the course is appropriate for you during this part of your recovery journey.
